How to shave pubic hair without getting red spots? Whenever I shave my pubic hair I don't shave against the grain but I still have little hairs that I can't get rid of unless I shave against the grain but when I do I end up with little red spots or I sometimes even get little cuts. I shave every other day, this doesn't happen every time but most of the time it does. Does anyone know how I can stop this happening? |
| wax because you obviously cant shave |
How to properly shave pubic hair? When I shave my pubic hair I usually go with the hair for the first stroke with a manual razor, brand new with sharp blades and shaving cream. But then when I go against it (which is the only way that I can get rid of the hair completely) it cuts me and I bleed. It seems like there is no way for me to go against the hair. I can not buy an electric razor so that is out of the question. Any tips for me? |
Take your time and get GOOD razors, not bic's or dollar store ones.

Is it possible to shave pubic hair without getting a rash? I'm a 16 year old guy and I decided to shave my pubic hair for the first time the other day but it's left me with little red spots all over that area. Is there anyway to do it without getting this unattractive rash? |

How to shave pubic hair without stubble? Everytime i shave my pubic hair, there is still stubble left, and no matter how many times i go over it with the razor, it won't remove it! Why? How do i do it right? |
buy the venus vibrance and instead of using shaving cream, use dove soap. not only will it leave ur skin smooth, it will also prevent bacteria from entering ur body if you get a cut. this is b/c dove is an anti-bacterial soap. if you don't like dove, you can use any other anti-bacterial soap.
when ur done shaving, apply some hair minimizing lotion onto ur pubes so that the hairs will thin out.
hope this helps...^.^ |
How to keep it from hurting when you shave pubic hair? I hate asking questions like this, but from someone elses' perspective, it'd be nice.
You know when you shave your pubic hair and it hurts for awhile until the hair has grown back a certain amount?
Does anyone have any tips on this to make it not hurt?
Thanks! |
Shave downward first like with the way the hair's growing then shave up. Don't shave on your period because your skins more sensitive down there during that time, well mine is at least. Afterwards put something on it some sort of lotion but make sure its a lotion that won't burn your skin if you have razorburn from shaving.
Hope that helped. |
What is the best way to shave pubic hair? i used to use 'veet' but recently i came to know its not safe to use hair removal creams and lotions on genital organs and i also found it on the veet's packet tht we shud not use those creams to shave pubic hair..n I also found risky to work with razor...can anyone tell me some other safe way? |
Use a good razor, and use your hair conditioner. Itll make it smoother and more moisturized. Use a heavy lotion when youre done. Use lotion everyday. Itll keep it from itching.
To cut the length of all of it, use a beard/mustache trimmer. Works great! |
What is the best way to shave pubic hair for men? What is the best way to shave pubic hair. What kind of razor, cream, gels, etc |
| In the shower, use some soap, use any 3 or 4 blade razor. You will want to trip it down with clippers or scissors the first time though in order to shave. |
How do I shave pubic hair without it hurting? well, i usually trim down my pubic hair, but now i want to shave it, but i am afraid of it hurting, having rash down there, bleeding, or itching after I shave it. Any suggestions on how to shave it and what to do afterwards so that it doesn't hurt at all? |
Yes it itches, and usually forms a rash, sometimes you might cut yourself so there's a lot of complications which is why most that choose to be hairless wax instead. Apparently if you continue shaving the skin eventually get's used to the discomfort, however in my opinion, and the majority, when men shave down below it makes them look like a prebubescent boy really, so most women I know tend to prefer it trimmed rather than clean shaven. Not worth the discomfort or the weeks of itching.
To make it not hurt though, the best you could do is probably use a heap of shaving cream, use a really sharp razor, and then apply talcum powder after, then every morning moisturize and use more talcum powder (baby powder). That's the best you can do really, and even then it's still going to be uncomfortable. |
What precentage of women shave their pubic hair ? I would say that shaving pubic hair is something done more by women than men. How many women actually do shave their pubic hair off ? |
| All shaving is done more by women than men. Men and women are all made hairy, but for some reason, men think hairy women are masculine so women shave - armpits, legs, pubes, its endless. Funny - women don't accuse men of being feminine if they shave their beard. S'not fair actually. |
If you shave pubic hair regularly, will it itch if you let it grow back long? If you shave your pubic hair on a regular basis, will it itch if you let it grow out longer? |
One should never shave any area of the body that is normally covered by clothing... it's unnatural.
.
There is a reason that mankind evolved to have pubic hair and armpit hair... thus, we shouldn't shave or trim; neither man nor woman. It's against the laws of nature!
.
Besides... shaving pubes is just creepy. I for one wouldn't care to risk a nick in that region. |
